Specification Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced
Specification Manager
to drive specification and project influence across
commercial and industrial developments in Malaysia
. This role is critical in positioning our building materials solutions on complex, high-value projects, working closely with
architects, designers, consultants, developers, and key project stakeholders
.

The focus will be on
data center's, semiconductor plants, pharmaceutical facilities, logistics hubs, and other advanced industrial projects
, requiring a strong technical understanding and an established industry network.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive
  product specification and project engagement
  across commercial and industrial projects nationwide
• Target and influence key sectors including
  Data Centers, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and Logistics developments
