Wealth Management’s Business Solutions Department is looking for a Specialized Wealth Management Technical Support Agent who will provide user support and assistance for IT applications including configuration, best‑practice sharing, issue resolution, service request and incident management. The role requires making quality decisions and tailoring approaches as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIC platform administration activities such as server shutdown/start‑up, verifying automatic system operations, managing access groups, maintenance on backup units and file recovery.
- Perform basic network activities including password reactivation, new user configuration and routine maintenance.
- Manage computer equipment, technological systems and equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, telephone systems, office phones, cell phones, and alarm systems).
