ADP is recruiting an Implementation Specialist to help clients leverage ADP's business solutions so they can focus on growing their organization.

What you’ll do

• Implement ADP solutions for clients in accordance with ADP guidelines and client expectations.
• Own all project aspects: analysis, configuration, validation and problem‑solving.
• Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades.
• Lead new business conversions to the ADP platform while ensuring high client satisfaction and productivity.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues.
• Guarantee client satisfaction and retention by delivering solutions on client‑defined timelines.
• Maintain accuracy of all client setup aspects and exchange routine information with client project teams.
• Support customer service during high‑volume periods.
