The Technology Transformation role supports IDD’s Transformation, evaluating gaps, managing change and ensuring smooth transition into the new operating model.

Responsibilities

IDD Strategy and Roadmap

• Provide strategic support for annual and quarterly planning cycles, facilitating progress assessment and roadmap recalibration in response to evolving priorities and external dynamics.
• Develop executive‑level materials that communicate roadmap progress, impact, and next steps.
• Implement and track a performance measurement framework, leveraging data‑driven insights to guide strategic decision making and drive accountability across the organization.

Workforce Transformation

• Implement the IDD Talent Strategy in collaboration with HR, ensuring alignment to future‑state capabilities.
