About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with internal clients to source, recruit and onboard key talent in all aspects of Business Services Group and Corporate business. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an advisor to the business, partnering with Hiring Managers on delivering innovative and efficient hiring practices. This role is ideally suited for a high-energy individual who can take initiative while continually managing competing priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (analyzing workforce needs, identifying sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and closing), which includes evaluating candidates for core values and culture fit;

  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and establish recruiting strategy;
