Specialist Support Worker

Job Overview

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team working on one of our long-standing projects in the Southampton, Chichester, Winchester and Brightons areas. We are actively seeking experienced Support Workers who have a proven track record of working with vulnerable young people aged 16-25, in a supported living environment.

Responsibilities

Shifts are 24 hours long and include a highly paid sleep-in shift. Rotas are created one month in advance, subject to change, and you have the option to work up to 4 x 24 hour shifts per week, dependent on availability. Most shifts involve lone working with the young person, but our management team and on-call support are always available to provide assistance.

Qualifications
