Job Description
This role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and deployment, including Salesforce Communities and Copado DevOps tools. The candidate will be the go-to technical resource responsible for supporting Production and non-Production environments, ensuring code quality and platform compliance, and driving continuous improvements in the digital technology ecosystem.
**Must-Have Skills**
+ Primary technical expert responsible for supporting Production and non-Production environments and point of contact for Salesforce development activities in GSC- CX domain.
+ Extensive hands-on technical and solution implementation experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform (Aura and LWC frameworks) and demonstrating positions of increasing responsibility and mentoring of junior technical resources.
