You will:


  • Deliver engaging lessons tailored to SEMH learners, including Functional Skills and bespoke programmes.

  • Create innovative, trauma-informed learning experiences that promote emotional regulation and resilience.

  • Work closely with Learning Support Assistants and pastoral teams to ensure every learner feels supported.

  • Champion safeguarding, equity, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring robust support for vulnerable learners and promoting a safe and positive college culture.
