Enhance store operational control to ensure the compliance with the company policy and procedures by identifying measures and areas of improvementDeliver analysis reports on regular basisCollaborate with the Finance team on monthly financial closing and the calculation and reconciliation of manager commissionsSupport all New store openings / Closing / RelocationSupport execution of Global/Regional Retail Operations programsSupport the on-boarding experience and training of new store managersAssist in managing external vendorsDevelop and maintain inventory control and loss prevention best practicesAssist with the management and forecasting of budgets as necessaryMiscellaneous related tasks/projects as assignedJob requirements
