Specialist, Radio Network Engrg

The AI-for-RAN Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and operationalizing AI-driven automation solutions that improve the performance, efficiency, and autonomy of the Radio Access Network (RAN). The role bridges traditional Ericsson RAN management platforms with Service Management and Orchestration (SMO) to enable intelligent, cloud-native, and standards-based network operations.

The incumbent will develop AI models, automation workflows, and rApps (possible cApps) that support closed-loop optimization, self-configuration, self-healing, and autonomous network operations across multi-vendor RAN environments wherever applicable. Working closely with RAN Operations, OSS, Cloud, Data & AI, and vendor partners, the engineer will accelerate the organization’s transformation towards AI-native and autonomous networks.
