Job Description Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the completion of RFP submissions (up to 80% complete depending on complexity). End to end project management across the entire pitch lifecycle.
  • Undertake pre-sales research, and lead scoping (key issues analysis) exercise with stakeholders to clearly align on deliverables (responsibilities and timelines), key strategic response elements and value propositions that differentiate JLL's offering.
  • Complete first baseline draft RFP response, pulling baselines from proposal databases and baseline libraries. Develop (including editing and re-writing) responses to provide the best suited response.
  • Develop second-level draft RFP response, after incorporating inputs and feedback from Business Stakeholders. Also write executive summary.
