**In your role, you will**:- Provide support to Operations management team on key initiatives and strategic decisions- Develop and propose project framework and organizational structures to improve team efficiency- Define the yearly Operations masterplan and follow-up on key initiatives and projects- Define the balanced scoreboard (BSC) as well as the key performance indicators (KPI) linked to the operation's strategic priorities- Responsible for monthly masterplan reviews and Operations dashboards- Develop the governance standards and ensure follow-ups on all operations sites- Collaborate in the key projects planification and execution for the Operations' teams- Lead strategic initiatives on the Operations General Manage...
