Purpose / Scope of the Role
The Specialist Performance & Rewards supports the design, administration, and governance of performance management, rewards, and benefits programs across Descon. The role contributes to ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and policy compliance, while enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership within the framework of corporate policies, HR manual, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end administration of the organizational performance management cycle (DECIBEL), including timely rollout, tracking, and closure of annual appraisals.
Assist in preparation of increment sheets, ensure adherence to approved bell curves, and support performance-linked reward decisions.
Administer rewards and recognition programs across the organization
Support benefits management, including annual surveys, health and life insurance enrolments, deletions, and renewals.
