In Nice, as a Specialist Performance Engineer, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures for performance engineering. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with designing, testing, and optimizing performance across multiple components of Nice’s solutions. Your role involves troubleshooting production and performance issues, analyzing system efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
