Role Overview

Specialist, Operational Excellence – Full‑time position located at our Georgetown, ON facility. The role focuses on supporting the implementation and sustainment of TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS) while improving supply‑chain processes and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Support site leadership and process owners in implementing and sustaining TMOS, ensuring standard manufacturing processes are consistently applied.
• Act as a tactical resource and change agent, modeling behaviors aligned with TMOS.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance; assist KPI owners with gap analysis and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with division‑level continuous improvement leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise‑wide initiatives.
