Service Portal + Platform + Integrations+ Certification OR Module

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, scripted components, and business rules.

• Build and customize Service Portal widgets, themes, and pages to deliver intuitive user experiences.

• Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with external systems using Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.

• Maintain and enhance Catalog Items, Flows, Workflows, UI Policies, and Client/Server scripts.

• Ensure platform compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test cases.
