Job Purpose

The Inclusion & Belonging Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and measurement of global initiatives focused on fostering inclusion and belonging, with a strong emphasis on Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as part of Asurion’s commUnity efforts. This role helps drive programs that acknowledge, respect, and celebrate the unique backgrounds, identities, and perspectives of our employees in the Philippines. The Inclusion & Belonging Analyst fosters a culture where all employees feel welcome, valued, and empowered to contribute to the collective success of our organization, ensuring local compliance and cultural relevance.
