Job Description
The Deployment Specialist plays a key role in the implementation of Industrial Solutions. They ensure data quality, understand product requirements, and rigorously prepare databases for automated solutions implemented at customer sites. They also contribute to providing fast and structured customer support regarding products, users, and system configurations.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Audits & Information Gathering
- Organize and conduct customer audits
- Collect and document the information necessary for the implementation of Industrial Solutions: products, packaging, distribution units, locations, and operational requirements
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of the data collected
- System Configuration & Databases
- Configure products, user records, and restrictions in automated systems
- Create planograms and establish minimum/maximum fill levelsPerform required updates continuously
