What You Will Do

recruitment requisition.

向HRBP了解业务部门的用人需求,及时完成Non-exempt招聘任务

Work with training center, improve the recruiting process to reduce TOR.

与培训中心协作,持续优化Non-exempt员工招聘流程, 降低流失率

Hold an exit interview with Non-exempt employees.

开展Non-exempt员工离职面谈, 记录真实离职原因

survey twice a year.

开展一年两次的珠海本地操作员薪资调查

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor degree in HRM or related major.

人力资源管理相关的本科专业

2+ years’ DL recruiter experience in a large

Good at writing& reading English.
