Purpose of Role:

The purpose of this role is to provide support for the delivery of Human Resource services, EDI initiatives, corporate culture programs, and office communications to Hudbay’s corporate office.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Compensation & Performance Year-End: Provide support during the year-end performance evaluations and compensation reviews for corporate employees.
  • TSM EDI Protocol: Review the requirements of the mining industry’s TSM EDI protocol, track Hudbay’s current standing, and actively recommend program enhancements to achieve and sustain an A rating.
