The Position

The HR specialist will assist HR operation Manager to deliver excellent HR shared services to the region. This role supports but not limited to employee life cycle and annual cyclical processes. It will also participate in continuous improvement projects. 

Responsibilities

• Process and administer employee life cycle related activities include but not limited to onboarding, contract renewal and offboarding 

• Support local HR administration for employees such as insurance and letters

• Advise/transact/support complex Workday related transactions and issues

• Resolve general HR queries and Workday issues from senior executives

• Support and assist in the management of panel promotion and year-end activities

• Prepare ad hoc HR reports and provide data analysis
