Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

  • Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the GBS center according to the requirements of GBS policies, procedures and guidelines, and according to the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility (General Ledger).
  • Self-directed worker for a specific service area.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Finish asset creation, change, disposal based on the check point and process in SAP
  • IFRS16 leasing update and monthly valuation
  • Uploading TX-Shuttle journal files provided by other teams (AR/AP/Controlling etc.).
  • Follow the standard closing procedure to perform period end closing under supervision
  • Download standard SAP reports and provide source documents for audit requests and fulfill internal control requirements
