Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to plan and execute internal and external events that support employee engagement, talent branding, and client experience in the BPO setting. Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of site-level employee engagement and client events
• Support logistics including venue setup, supplier coordination, and material preparation
• Coordinate with internal teams for event requirements, attendance, and communications
• Monitor and track event-related expenses and vendor deliverables
• Provide on-site support during event execution to ensure smooth flow
• Gather post-event feedback and assist in creating basic recap reports
