In this role, you will:
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

  • Supports the delivery of compensation planning tools (e.g., Compensation Planner) globally by: 
  • Understanding and documenting business requirements and working with key stakeholders to ensure they are reflected in systems and tools. Key stakeholders include Total Rewards, Global HR Technology, external consultants and vendors;

  • Partnering with the same on development, tool updates, testing and implementation;

  • Monitoring progress and addresses issues during the compensation planning cycle.
  • Supports the execution of the end-to-end delivery of all compensation planning activities:
  • Works in partnership with Total Rewards on the development of planning calendars and key dates;
