Job Overview

This role is part of the Collaborative Partnering team within Transportation & Infrastructure Strategic Project Pursuits & Alternative Project Delivery. The Specialist supports project teams by coaching, training, and mentoring to deliver major projects collaboratively. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, design and facilitate workshops, and implement leadership coaching programs that foster trust and operational excellence.
