Specialist, Capacity Building

The Specialist, Capacity Building, will support the Senior Manager and guide all academic associates in designing and strengthening the pedagogical and training vision across programmes. The role requires strong expertise in pedagogy, curriculum design, instructional practices, teacher professional development, and adult learning. This role involves designing and reviewing training strategies, curriculum-linked session plans, facilitation guides, observation tools, assessments, coaching frameworks, and training evaluation systems that are aligned to foundational learning outcomes, classroom realities, and programme goals. The CB Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all trainings and academic materials are instructionally strong, contextually relevant, implementation-friendly, and capable of improving teacher practice and student learning outcomes at scale.
