Work Location

This position will be based in Saskatoon (with periodic travel to the Jansen Mine Site). The associated work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working (flexible, shared workstations and a combination of office and work from home) is standard for BHP.

BHP offers domestic relocation assistance to support the successful incumbent in transitioning, if required.

The Role

The Specialist Business Intelligence drives data‑driven decision making across Jansen by developing intuitive dashboards, enabling actionable insights, and automating reporting processes. This role translates data into meaningful performance metrics, enhances visibility of KPIs, and supports continuous improvement through analytics, collaboration, and scalable data solutions.
