Specialist, Broking & Placement

As a Specialist in our Real Estate division, you will provide exemplary service to the Production Team by building and fostering strong relationships with insurers and other industry service providers to deliver competitive terms for the BFL National Residential Program.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers to negotiate rates and deductibles.
  • Utilize in‑house contracts for the Strata/Condo Program and demonstrate strong underwriting ability.
  • Collaborate with client executives to discuss client needs and recommend favorable terms and conditions.
  • Assist with innovative marketing processes for large portfolio renewals.
  • Stay current on recent products, coverage and market trends through seminars and reading relevant material.
