About the Role

Responsible for supporting end-to-end system delivery for strategic projects and BAU enhancements in line with SDLC. Key duties include analyzing current processes, designing future workflows, and ensuring comprehensive business requirements. Collaborates with technology teams to evaluate solutions and provides recommendations. Translates requirements into UAT scenarios, conducts and reviews testing, and prepares training materials. Contributes to project planning, monitors progress, and coaches junior staff during UAT. Continuously seeks process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
