MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Specialised Administrator in the Financial Recoveries Department of our Pretoria Branch.
Requirements
Candidate must have admin experience in a Collections environment, not as an agent
VAF experience as a Secretary or Paralegal is beneficial
Excellent numerical and Excel skills is a must
Able to multitask and acute attention to details
Good communication skills to assist with client communications
Experience with assisting with Call Centre queries
Knowledge of Excalibur and process/system driven individual
Provide support to department managers
Must be able to prepare accurate and detailed Excel reports
