Summary You will serve as a SPECIAL VENTURE ACQUISITION DIVISION DIRECTOR in the Asset Management Business Line of NAVFAC OSF. Responsibilities You will oversee the negotiation and administration of Public-Private Venture (PPV) business agreements within the portfolio to ensure performance is executed in accordance with negotiated partnership terms. You will evaluate PPV business agreements and LLC financial statements to determine the impact of portfolio decisions on the venture's overall performance (e.g., financial return, asset management, property management, and project sustainment).
