Special Task

Responsabilities:
Work order context clearly specified, enriched with relevant information and ready to be dispatched to crews;
Customer specifics considered in technical planning;
Technical Support involved for complex questions / requests;
Task list improvement opportunities identified and aligned with Technical Support;
Ordering tools, parts necessary for job execution, as well as additional equipment (cranes, additional external site ligting, Trak, etc.);
Contact person with subcontractors;
Assigning crew to the job execution;
Scheduling the turbine visits.
Qualifications:
Technical background with higher complexity;
Ready to read into technical documentations and drawings;
Affinity to work with assumptions and navigate in technical related systems;
Structured and detailed working approach;
Self-organization and good time management;
Technical communication and alignment skills;
System user of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce (desirable)...
