Special Resource Base Support

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the CF11 area is seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Specialist Resource Base (SRB) from September on a full-time basis.

This role requires a confident and proactive individual with previous experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). The successful candidate will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual targets within a specialist setting.

The SRB supports children with a range of additional learning needs, which may include Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), speech and language difficulties, social communication needs, sensory needs, and developmental delays.
