Special projects product engineer

Role Summary This role is part of the Strategic Projects Team, responsible for identifying and leading high‑impact strategic projects that align with business objectives, market trends, and technological developments. The position works cross‑functionally to evaluate risks and opportunities related to product performance, mechanical integrity, and regulatory compliance. The engineer ensures that solutions meet or exceed applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., ASHRAE, CTI, UL, AHRI, ASME, IBC) as well as internal standards. The role collaborates closely with sales engineers to support technically complex bids and customer engagements. It translates customer requirements and market needs into clear, actionable engineering deliverables and project scopes.
