The problem we’re hiring against

Chin Hin is a Malaysian conglomerate of six listed entities, with businesses spanning building materials, construction, property, and home living. We are consolidating platforms, rebuilding operating models, and putting AI into processes that were designed before the technology existed to run them.

The bottleneck is not strategy. It is that almost nobody can hold a business problem, a process, and a technology decision in their head at the same time - and then build something that actually ships, on their own. Specialists solve the part of the problem they were trained for. We need someone who solves the overall problem.
