Mechanical Engineer – Epoxy Coating, Potting & Casting (Aerospace Electric Motors)

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer specializing in epoxy potting and casting processes for aerospace-grade electric motors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and optimize epoxy potting / encapsulation processes for stators, rotors, and assemblies
  • Select epoxy materials and define mixing, degassing, and curing cycles
  • Design and develop casting fixtures and tooling
  • Support shop-floor execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100 environment)

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in epoxy potting / polymer casting processes
  • Strong hands-on manufacturing mindset
