Special needs Worker

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and dependable Special Needs Support Worker to provide high-quality, individualized care and assistance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities. This position focuses on supporting clients in their everyday lives—both at home and in the community—by helping them achieve greater independence, dignity, and social inclusion. Daily responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding; performing light housekeeping duties and meal preparation; providing medication reminders; and offering support in mobility and other health-related needs. In addition to home care, the Support Worker will also accompany clients to medical appointments, community events, recreational activities, educational programs, errands, and social outings, helping to ensure they remain actively involved and engaged in their communities.
