Position: Special Initiatives & Partnership Manager

Employment Type: Full‑time, Fixed‑Term

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate special initiatives supporting MUM’s strategic goals and research priorities.
  • Oversee planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of special initiative projects.
  • Ensure alignment with institutional priorities, governance requirements, timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, schools, professional service units and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross‑campus collaboration and support initiatives in areas such as social impact partnership and research development.
  • Coordinate project activities, engage stakeholders, support governance, produce impact reports and deliver strategic project communications.
  • Report directly to the Chief of Staff.
