**School Aide / Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Immediate School-Year Openings**
Are you passionate about working with students and making a difference every day? We are actively hiring **School Aides and Personal Care Aides (PCAs)** to support Special Education students in elementary, middle, and high schools.
**Position Overview**
In this role, you'll provide classroom, behavioral, and personal care support to students with special needs. Opportunities are available for both **1:1 student support** and **classroom-based assignments** .
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support students academically and behaviorally throughout the school day
+ Assist with behavior management, redirection, and student engagement
+ Help implement accommodations and support IEP goals
