Scope of Work

Canada requires temporary help services to provide CAFCYBERCOM with specialized advisory expertise in support of its ongoing civilian human resources transformation and organizational growth. The Special Advisors will deliver strategic analysis, recommendations, and expert guidance to strengthen CAFCYBERCOM’s HR governance, policies, and workforce planning frameworks during this period of rapid expansion.

The work will focus on examining current HR structures and practices, identifying systemic issues or risks, and proposing solutions that align with CAF, departmental, and Government of Canada human resources frameworks. The Special Advisor will support senior leaders by developing policy guidance, conducting research on best practices, analyzing complex HR challenges, and contributing to modernization initiatives required to enable sustainable workforce growth.
