SPC Finance Manager | Real Estate SPCファイナンスマネージャー
Our client, a leader in real estate investments and management, is seeking an SPC Finance Manager to oversee Japan's TKGK and TMK accounting, reporting, and financial operations.
This role offers the opportunity to manage complex financial structures and collaborate with international business units, enhancing your expertise in JGAAP and IFRS.
職務内容:
TKGKおよびTMK会計と報告の管理
外部サービスプロバイダーとの連携による財務準備
財務および税務書類の正確性の確認
SAP/BPCへの財務データのアップロードとIFRS準拠の確保
月次決算のための管理および財務報告の作成
ビジネスユニットと連携した予測および予算の策定
法定提出用の年次財務諸表の作成
買収、売却、および資金調達プロジェクトへの支援
応募資格:
公認会計士資格を持つ会計学の学位またはACCA資格
7～10年の会計または監査経験、うち3年以上の管理職経験
不動産特定目的会社（SPC）の会計または税務経験
GAAPおよびIFRSに精通
SAPおよびビジネスプランニングと統合（BPC）の経験
日本語および英語に堪能
