Job Responsibilities
- Handle customers' spare parts procurement requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of all incoming customer orders.
- Prepare Sales Orders (SO) and/or Sales Outgoing Orders in accordance with customer requests.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Monitor inventory availability and provide customers with updates on stock status.
- Maintain and update the sales ledger accurately.
- Prepare and manage shortage lists related to inventory or deliveries.
- Verify shipping information before the distribution process.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Deliver invoices to customers in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain and update the billing ledger.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication in English is essential (proficient in Mandarin will be point plus)
