What You Will Enjoy Doing
Handle and maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables.
Monitor and control withdrawal and/or usage of consumables.
Analyze the parts and the consumption or movement of parts for dead stock, ageing and ordering purposes.
Maintain minimum balance of spare parts and consumables in stock for all parts.
Generate PR's for replenishing and maintaining spare parts stock level. Make a follow-up to Procurement department on pending PR's. Make a follow-up to Suppliers on the status of the delivery of spare parts and/or consumables.
Maintain a copy of spare parts manual for all machines and equipment.
Monthly reconciliation with books of accounts and periodic physical verification with Finance.
Receive and evaluate incoming spare parts and/or replacement parts with regards to the specifications, quantity, etc. based on the PR and PO.
Creates a Yearly Master Plan for the PM schedules and MOH activities of all machineries and equipment.
