Job Description

As a Customer Advisor , you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellence in service delivery.


Location: Lisbon (Avenida do Mediterrâneo, 1)


You will:

  • Manage reservations (creating, modifying, or canceling reservations).
  • Support clients via inbound and outbound calls, as well as email.
  • Handle customer inquiries about services such as Flight Club, VIP, and PRM (passengers with reduced mobility).
  • Assist with claims and complaints related to delays, strikes, or cancellations.
  • Provide accurate, real-time information to help customers make the best decisions.
  • Deliver excellent service that goes beyond customer expectations.
  • Perform backoffice tasks in addition to customer-facing activities, as part of a blended model.


Your Profile:

  • Fluency in Spanish (C1) and at least B2 English (spoken and written).
