Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for engaging and coordinating the team in all day-to-day service activities, ensuring resources, training, and performance standards are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate associates and specialists, enabling them to work end-to-end by monitoring, organizing, and resolving blocking issues.
- Effectively manage and monitor ticket queues using BI tools to ensure tickets are handled per defined timelines, correctly categorized, and processed according to quality standards.
- Coordinate training on ticket management as needed.
- Monitor and track all client SLAs using BI tools to ensure adherence; if SLAs are not met, collect root cause and action plans and follow up.
- Utilize the hrX suite of tools relevant to the team’s scope.
- Undertake, support, and manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues leading to client escalations, ensuring mitigating actions are implemented.
