Location: Somerset West, Western Cape (Office Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (5 days per week), 09:00 – 18:00 (Rotational Shifts) Responsibilities

We are looking for a fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers, resolve queries, maintain accurate records, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting performance targets.

Requirements Fluent Spanish (C-Level) and good English communication skills. Previous customer service or contact centre experience is advantageous. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
