Space Planner

Responsible for allocation and management of corporate owned space to various areas within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather project requirements and interpret them.
• Initiate communication with all relevant project stakeholders.
• Create design development REVIT drawings for client approval.
• Ensure all plans comply with building codes and relevant regulations.
• Apply space planning standards for space optimization of existing areas, day‑to‑day churn relocation, new building planning and private lease spaces.
• Issue project drawing packs to Design and Projects teams for costing and implementation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date floor plan drawings across the organization following office moves, additions or changes of any space.
• Deliver exceptional service by adhering to SLA agreements and offering appropriate solutions.
