ABOUT THE ROLE
•Manage and coordinate all aspects of spa operations, including treatments, scheduling, and inventory
•Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding service
•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene
•Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase spa revenue

•Sufficient of experience in spa operations, with a proven track record in a supervisory role
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
•Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Proficiency in spa operations management, including scheduling and inventory control.
