Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer consultation, or branch management (beauty, wellness, or haircare industry preferred).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong consultation skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small-to-medium team.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools (POS systems).
