Receptionist & Back-Up Therapist Purpose of the Position Under the general direction of the Spa Manager and within the limits of the hotel’s policies and procedures, the Receptionist & Back-Up Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service at the spa reception while providing professional spa treatments when required. The role ensures smooth daily operations and an outstanding spa experience for all guests.
